Lucy communicated to me throughout the day. She let me know that she was running late due to one of her cleaners who called out sick. I appreciate her keeping in touch. I had an appointment to get to so they didn't get to take their normal amount if time cleaning but they did a great job getting to as much as they could in less time than normal. I would hire again.
